Cegeka Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join a greenfield project in a Scrum setting. You will translate business requirements into user stories, act as the bridge between business and technical teams, and ensure quality through testing and UAT support.

You will collaborate with stakeholders in Dutch, English, and some French, using UML/BPMN, wireframing, and user story mapping to drive iterative development and AI-enabled efficiency improvements in a dynamic

• Experience with complex calculations in pensions, insurance, or financial products is a strong asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with comfortable French communication.
• Proficient in analysis techniques and tools (UML, BPMN, wireframes, user story mapping).

Are you an experienced Functional Analyst who enjoys working in a Scrum environment and are you eager to immerse yourself in a complex, long-term project? Do you also possess strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and a bit of French? Then we are looking for you!Within our Social Impact division, we are launching a new greenfield project for one of our clients active in pension fund management; think of complex calculations, no margin for error, etc. To help ensure the success of this project, we are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team. Are you ready to strengthen our team and contribute to a project that delivers real societal value?

• You capture and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable user stories.
• You act as the go-to person for questions related to analyses, developed user stories, customer requests, and development activities.
• You closely monitor the development process and are responsible for testing and validating delivered functionality. You also support and guide the customer during user acceptance testing.
• Shaping Digital Together: you collaborate closely with various stakeholders in a Scrum environment that works in two-week sprints. You actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

What you need to succeed:

• You have several years of experience as a Functional Analyst within an Agile/Scrum environment and understand how to deliver value through iterative development.
• Experience in environments involving complex calculations related to pensions, insurance, or financial products is considered a strong asset.
• You have experience with backlog management, refinement sessions, and prioritizing work items.
• You communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams, acting as a bridge between the two worlds. You are fluent in Dutch and English, and you are comfortable communicating in French as well.
• You are familiar with analysis techniques and tools such as UML, BPMN, wireframing, and user story mapping.
• You have a genuine interest in AI and actively explore opportunities to leverage new technologies to work more efficiently and effectively.
• You possess strong analytical skills, think in a solution-oriented manner, and can translate complex challenges into pragmatic solutions.
• You are proactive, take ownership, and are not afraid to take initiative within the team.
• You work in a structured way, keeping scope, quality, and priorities under control in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is considered a plus.
