Cegeka Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Business Analyst for MS Dynamics 365 (ERP) Finance & Operations to bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will lead requirements, analyze ROI, and support project roadmaps.

Collaboration with solution architects, stakeholders and external partners is essential, with a focus on delivering value. The role requires a Master’s degree with at least five years of BA experience, fluent Dutch and English, and a hybrid work location at Hasselt (Corda Campus)

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 ERP F&O and related tools.
• Hybrid work from Hasselt office at least one day per week.

Responsabilités

Are you a Business Analyst with experience in MS Dynamics 365 (ERP) Finance & Operations? Do you see yourself as the bridge between business and IT, with a strong focus on both processes and people? • You take the lead in identifying and defining business needs.
• You advise on which improvements create the greatest value by analysing business context, high-level requirements and ROI.
• You provide business cases to support Business Partners and Project Managers in defining roadmaps and initiating projects.
• Together with the Application Architect, you define high-level solutions that contribute maximally to business objectives.
• You document your analyses clearly and accurately, using appropriate business analysis techniques.
• You manage priorities and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.
• You work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects and external partners.
• You support business stakeholders in decision-making and provide insights to maximise ROI.
• You are responsible for monitoring and safeguarding the achievement of initial objectives throughout project delivery.
• You are able to prioritise business needs across multiple stakeholders and domains.

What you need to succeed:

• You hold a higher education degree (preferably a Master's degree) and have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• You enjoy acting as the bridge between business and IT.
• With strong analytical skills, you work in a structured, results-oriented manner.
• You are a team player, but you are equally comfortable working independently.
• You have a hands-on mindset and enjoy tackling complex challenges.
• You have experience with tools and systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Office tools), Confluence, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Jira.
• Experience and knowledge within Procurement are a plus.
• You are familiar with Agile methodologies, ITIL processes and BPMN modelling.
• You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English.
• You work from our Hasselt (Corda Campus) office at least one day per week, combined with remote working.
