Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Functional Analyst to strengthen our client’s trade union operations. You will translate end-user needs into high-quality functional analyses and collaborate with Business Analysts in Agile squads.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical requirements into functional solutions.
Familiarity with UML, SQL Server, XML/XSD; experience with Enterprise Architect is a plus.
Fluency in two national languages; basic knowledge (A2) of the second language and willingness to improve.

Responsibilities

Maintain close contact with Business Analysts within Agile squads to assess end-user needs and translate them into high-quality functional analyses.
Collaborate with Software Engineers and squad members to implement functional solutions.
Translate technical requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.
