You will collaborate with analysts and developers to deliver clear user stories, use cases, data models, and acceptance criteria. You will help ensure the smooth operation of existing applications, drive test scenarios, and document functional requirements for the team and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Experience with functional analysis deliverables: context diagrams, UML, flow diagrams, and user stories.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Strong English and French proficiency.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with in-house development or package implementations.
• Excellent communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Agile mindset and team-oriented.
• Understanding of inbound/outbound processes.
• Translate requirements into clear functional documentation for developers.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements to arrive at a fully functional analysis.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions considering architectural vision.
• Create functional and non-functional requirements with user stories or use cases.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to reach a supported solution.
• Lead test scenarios and test cases; coordinate execution.
• Ensure smooth running of existing applications and resolve incidents.
• Deliver functional documentation for the team and business.
• Dive into more technical aspects or support the business analyst when needed.
• Adopt an end-to-end mindset, considering app environments and impacts.
