• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical requirements into functional solutions.
• Familiarity with UML, SQL Server, XML/XSD; experience with Enterprise Architect is a plus.
• Fluency in two national languages; basic knowledge (A2) of the second language and willingness to improve.

To further strengthen our trade union operations, our client is looking for a Functional Analyst. As a Functional Analyst, you will:

• Maintain close contact with the Business Analysts within the Agile squads to correctly assess end-user needs and translate them into high-quality functional analyses.
• Work closely with the Software Engineers and the other members of your squad.

The Business and IT Solutions department of the client consists of approximately 150 employees. The department uses the latest technologies to develop custom software tailored to the organization. This enables the client to continue providing the best possible service to its members through fair and equitable solutions, managing collective and individual cases, processing unemployment benefits, and providing various forms of assistance.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

You have strong analytical skills, a thorough knowledge of IT systems, and you can translate technical requirements into functional solutions for the organization.

You work closely with business analysts and software engineers within Agile squads to correctly assess the needs of end users and translate them into high-quality functional analyses.

• You have good knowledge of UML diagrams as well as the SQL Server database.
• You are familiar with XML/XSD.
• Experience with the Enterprise Architect tool is an asset.
• Knowledge of Agile is a plus but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of the two national languages: a basic knowledge (A2 level) of the second language is required, along with the willingness to further develop it.
