Cairos is seeking a Functional Analyst (F/M/X) to collaborate with IT and Business teams. You will conduct functional interviews, analyze needs, and translate them into technical documentation for developers. You will also participate in project planning and lifecycle monitoring.

The role requires working closely with stakeholders, modeling the processes, and ensuring clear communication across teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional interviews with the various business departments.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze needs.
• Assess how users work, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Translate user needs into a technical document and coordinate transfer to developers.
• Participate in planning and monitoring of projects throughout their life cycles.
