Cairos is seeking a Functional Analyst (F/M/X) to collaborate with IT and Business teams. You will conduct functional interviews, analyze needs, and translate them into technical documentation for developers. You will also participate in project planning and lifecycle monitoring.

The role requires working closely with stakeholders, modeling the processes, and ensuring clear communication across teams to deliver effective solutions.

We are looking for a Functional Analyst (F/M/X) who will be able to work for one of our clients. You will work in collaboration with the IT and Business teams.

Mission

• Conduct functional interviews with the various business departments
• You will work closely with the business and analyse their needs.
• Following this analysis, you will assess how they work, as well as the risks, in order to propose solutions
• You will be in charge of understanding and translating the needs of the users into a technical document that will be designed, modeled by yourself and whose functional design content will be transferred to the technical analyst or developers
• You participate in the planning and monitoring of projects throughout their life cycles
