Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst to join a major media and broadcasting transformation project in the Brussels region. The role is freelance long-term (18 months) with a hybrid on-site mix and three days per week on site.

You will analyse AS-IS and TO-BE processes, gather requirements, run workshops with stakeholders, and support the end-to-end ERP design across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operations, collaborating with partners and architects.

Qualifications

• Experience as ERP Functional Analyst or similar in transformation projects.
• Experience with ERP platform implementation and rollout.
• Excellent requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Professional working English.

For a leading international media and broadcasting technology organisation (Brussels Region), we are looking for an experienced freelance ERP Functional Analyst to join a major business transformation programme.

The organisation is replacing legacy business systems with a modern ERP platform, standardising processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Operations and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes

• Hands-on experience with a major ERP platform such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor or similar
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, transformation or rollout programmes
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and fit-gap analysis experience
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working with implementation partners and technical teams
• Professional working English
