Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst to join a major media and broadcasting transformation project in the Brussels region. The role is freelance long-term (18 months) with a hybrid on-site mix and three days per week on site.

You will analyse AS-IS and TO-BE processes, gather requirements, run workshops with stakeholders, and support the end-to-end ERP design across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operations, collaborating with partners and architects.

Qualifications

• Experience as ERP Functional Analyst or similar in transformation projects.
• Experience with ERP platform implementation and rollout.
• Excellent requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Professional working English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
• Gather and prioritise business and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops with process owners and key stakeholders
• Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and ERP functionality
• Support process standardisation and continuous improvement
• Develop functional specifications and process documentation
• Support end-to-end solution design across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operations
• Work closely with architects, developers and implementation partners
• Support testing, data migration, go-live and hypercare activities
