StaffYourTribe is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic international transformation programme focused on aligning business processes across multiple software products and a new SAP and Salesforce landscape.

You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, support harmonisation of Lead-to-Quote and Order-to-Bill processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, the US and India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce transformation, migration or integration projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
• Experience with Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash or Order-to-Bill processes.
• Experience working in large international transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements engineering skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is considered a strong asset.

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic international transformation programme. You’ll become part of a cross‑functional team responsible for aligning business processes across multiple software products while supporting the transition towards a new SAP and Salesforce landscape.

Your role focuses on translating business needs into scalable solutions and ensuring local business requirements are represented within a global transformation programme.

• Experience working in large international transformation programmes.
