BDO International Limited is seeking a Manager FS – Digital Customer & Sales to drive digital transformation in financial services. You will digitize customer journeys, enhance experience, and push sales across banking and insurance segments.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives, analyze interactions, design seamless journeys, and monitor performance while growing the client base and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital business & transformation experience in management consulting or financial services.
• Knowledge of products like accounts, cards, payments, lending, investments, insurances.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Provide clients with advice on digitizing the customer journey across multiple product areas and client segments.
• Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including PM, risk management, knowledge sharing, and budget evaluation.
• Analyze customer interactions and behavior to improve journeys and experience.
• Design and enhance digital customer journeys across websites, mobile apps, social media and chatbots.
• Monitor journey performance using metrics like conversion rates and engagement to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive business development: proposals, presentations, client discussions, and account management.
• Recruit, mentor and assess junior team members across client engagements.
• Contribute to strategic go-to-market campaigns and market trends in the digital domain.
