BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant in our Customer & Sales team to help banks and insurers strengthen commercial performance and rethink distribution networks. You will move concepts from strategy to execution, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will analyse sales channels, design improvements, and contribute to transformation programs with hands-on delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in commercial, sales, strategy or transformation domains.
• Interest in distribution, sales performance and customer journeys.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and optimise sales and distribution models across branches, relationship managers, agents, brokers, remote teams, and digital channels.
• Develop sales excellence initiatives such as customer journey improvements, frontline enablement, and commercial steering.
• Support commercial transformation programmes from discovery to delivery, including stakeholder engagement and organisational change.
• Create actionable insights based on commercial data (volumes, conversion, funnel efficiency, productivity).
• Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to understand their needs, challenges and opportunities.
• Contribute to redesign of operating models, governance, roles, incentives or performance measurements.
• Support go-to-market efforts, commercial playbooks, value propositions or segment strategies.
• Work in an agile or hybrid delivery mode, bringing structure, clarity and communication.
