On IT is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented First Line Service Desk Clerk to be the initial contact for clients across Belgium. You will handle tickets, assist with IT questions, and ensure smooth follow-up while growing in a dynamic team.

Your role involves documenting actions, collaborating with second line, and improving customer satisfaction through proactive support and clear communication.

Competenze

• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, basic routing).
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with user management, printers and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Nable, Autotask or similar management tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage and handle technical tickets as the first point of contact for customers.
• Register, categorize and prioritize incoming tickets via phone, email and portal.
• Solve common IT problems independently (Microsoft 365, printers, basic networking, Windows user management).
• Gather necessary information for second line escalation and ensure clear ticket documentation.
• Collaborate with Second Line to improve service desk quality and share insights.
