NH Hotels & Resorts in Belgium is seeking an experienced Front Office Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth coordination with other departments.

You will be the first point of contact for guests and team members, supporting the Front Office Manager in achieving operational excellence and maintaining policy compliance. Fluency in English is required, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

As Front Office Shift Leader,you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth coordination between departments. You act as the first point of contact for both guests and team members and support the Front Office Manager in achieving operational excellence.

Your Role at a Glance

• Lead and supervise the Front Office team during your assigned shift.
• Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy, and room allocation in collaboration with other departments.
• Support, coach, and motivate Front Office team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Assist in training and onboarding new Front Office team members.
• Supervise cash handling, billing accuracy, and end-of-shift procedures.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and special guest requests.
• Support the Front Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
