Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Night Auditor (m/f/d) for NH Brugge, a full-time role in Bruges. You will balance accounts, manage front desk tasks, arrange wake-up calls and concierge services, and handle guest requests. The role requires English proficiency and a customer-centered mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in front desk/night audit or similar hospitality roles.
• Proficiency in English; another language is preferred.
• Strong customer orientation and professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Balance accounts from day shift.
• Manage front desk activities and guest check-ins/outs.
• Schedule wake-up calls and concierge activities according to guest preferences.
• Handle requests and complaints, directing other departments as needed.
• Create invoices, bills and checks for vendors, employees and contractors.
• Maintain and update official role documentation.
• Ensure end-of-day activities are completed across all departments.
• Answer calls and inquiries about potential bookings.

As Night Auditor you will be responsible for the hotel's reception during the night and ensures the quality of services offered to customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Professional experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in spoken language).
• High School Diploma or Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred).
• Bachelor's or Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Good level of general culture and knowledge of the hotel's destination.
• Computer knowledge Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the area of accommodation / hospitality.

Your Role at a Glance

• Balance the accounts from day shift.

• Ensure that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments.
