Job summary

NH Collection Gent is looking for a Front Office Intern to join our hotel team in Ghent. After a training period you will check guests in and out independently and support front desk operations, handling administrative tasks and guest information with care.

You will interact with international guests, learn upselling and complaint handling, and contribute to a welcoming, professional service culture throughout the Front Office.

Responsibilities

• As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel.
• After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel.
• You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information.
• You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling.
• You will create a great team atmosphere, so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
