Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking French-speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. You will act as the main contact for French-speaking clients, delivering technical support and security guidance while coordinating with Tier 2 teams.

This full-time, on-site role requires native French and English fluency, and eligibility to work in Greece. A comprehensive relocation package and competitive monthly salary are offered in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional fluency in English for internal training and team collaboration.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Greece.
• Ability to relocate to Athens for this full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients regarding complex cybersecurity software and security protocols.
• Provide technical support to ensure the integrity of client data and the efficacy of their digital protection suites.
• Monitor and troubleshoot potential security vulnerabilities in real-time, escalating incidents to Tier 2 technical teams when necessary.
• Educate users on security best practices to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Maintain detailed case documentation within our security management ticketing systems.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and industry trends to provide proactive security consultations.
• Collaborate with international security engineers to refine internal customer service and threat-response workflows.
