Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Player Support Specialist for Gaming Account based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle player inquiries via email, chat, and social channels, troubleshoot issues, and stay current on game titles and community trends.

Ideal candidates communicate exceptionally in French, demonstrate customer focus, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Relocation support and training are provided for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
• Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with current market titles.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or community management is considered a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality support to players via email, chat, and social media channels within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem
• Troubleshoot technical issues, account access, and in-game transaction inquiries with speed and precision
• Ensure an exceptional user experience by maintaining in-depth knowledge of current gaming titles and community trends
• Collaborate with the trust and safety team to monitor game chat and maintain a healthy community environment
• Assist players with game updates, patch notes interpretation, and event-related troubleshooting
• Document recurring technical bugs and provide feedback to developers to improve the overall gaming experience
• Engage with the gaming community to foster loyalty and promote positive brand sentiment
