Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Game Support Representative to serve players in Bulgaria. You will be the voice of premier gaming titles, delivering premium support across Arabic-speaking communities and collaborating with global teams to elevate the player experience.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent in Arabic, proficient in English, and passionate about Gaming & Esports. This role offers relocation support to Sofia and a dynamic, international work environment

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic is required.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate with an international team.
• Strong passion for Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with modern gaming platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality support to gamers via live chat, email, and social media channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management, in-game purchases, and connectivity for major esports titles.
• Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and community trends to assist players effectively.
• Engage with the Arabic-speaking gaming community to foster loyalty and positive brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with international game development teams to report bugs and suggest quality-of-life improvements.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the premium service standards expected in Gaming & Esports.
• Stay updated on new releases and patches to proactively address common player inquiries.
