Ideal candidates are fluent in French, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience in administrative or customer-support roles.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administrative, back-office, or customer support roles is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsabilités
- Manage and resolve complex account inquiries and transaction issues for premium gaming clients.
- Ensure high-quality back-office support for French-speaking players to maintain exceptional gaming standards.
- Monitor and analyze gaming platform trends to proactively identify potential technical disruptions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall player experience within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
- Adhere to strict data security and compliance protocols to safeguard player information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows and internal documentation.
- Assist with quality assurance testing for new game features and platform updates before regional deployment.
