• Previous experience in administrative, back-office, or customer support roles is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.

• Manage and resolve complex account inquiries and transaction issues for premium gaming clients.
• Ensure high-quality back-office support for French-speaking players to maintain exceptional gaming standards.
• Monitor and analyze gaming platform trends to proactively identify potential technical disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall player experience within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Adhere to strict data security and compliance protocols to safeguard player information.
