Next Job Abroad in Greece is seeking fluent Dutch speakers to join as Customer & Technical Advisor, supporting Miele's premium home appliances. The role combines frontline customer care and remote technical support across Europe, with full relocation and a structured training path.

You’ll handle calls, chats, and emails, perform basic troubleshooting, coordinate with field engineers, and grow into specialist or leadership roles.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1 level minimum).
• Solid working English (B2 level) for training and team comms.
• Good general PC skills and ability to navigate multiple tools.
• Relocation-ready with EU passport or work eligibility to live in Greece.

Responsabilidades

• Handle calls, chats, and emails from customers about premium appliances.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and locate spare parts or serial numbers.
• Coordinate field engineers for on-site repairs.
• Cross-skill across customer care and technical support within the first month.
• Provide video call diagnostics and guided walkthroughs for remote fixes.
