Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level technical support for cloud workspace environments to French-speaking clients.
• Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues to ensure smooth digital workspace performance.
• Maintain knowledge of cloud migration, storage, and collaboration tools.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base updates.
