Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support across orders, accounts, products, and services. You will engage via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels to understand needs and provide effective solutions.

You will record interactions, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on offerings and policies to ensure a smooth customer journey from start to resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn travel field

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
