Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Liège to act as the first point of contact and deliver professional, personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat, and digital channels.

You will understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to resolution, while staying current on products and procedures through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
