Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products and services inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions and complaints while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Stay up to date with products, policies and procedures through training.
