Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Freelance Transformation & Process Management Consultant in Wallonia for a 6-month interim mission starting ASAP. You will lead cultural and operational transformation, working with C-level leadership to shape and deliver strategic change, draft concrete plans and projects, and build ROI-driven business cases.

The role combines hands-on execution with strategic advisory, including budget ownership and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cultural and organisational transformation, ideally within manufacturing.
• Strong change management background, comfortable driving buy‑in across all levels of an organisation
• Experience advising and working directly with C-level/senior leadership
• Strong business development and business case experience
• Financially astute, comfortable owning budgets

My client in the industrial manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Freelance Transformation & Process Management Consultant to join a client based in the Wallonia region. The mission is to spearhead a cultural and operational transformation within the company, working in close coordination with members of upper management (C-level) to shape and deliver the direction of that change. This is a hands‑on role, combining strategic advisory input with the direct drafting of plans and projects for future growth and upscaling.

Key Responsibilities:
