Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business consultancy or business analysis.
• Experience in Process Modeling, management, and documentation.
• Understanding of Business Analysis best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Affinity for IT and Network domains.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze requirements and assess their impact on processes, systems, and tools to deliver value propositions.
• Develop and adjust strategic roadmaps based on functional expertise and feasibility evaluations.
• Perform conceptual design for business initiatives and analyze innovative transformation solutions.

• You possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
• You're recognized for excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of AWS, SQL, Data Modeling, and UX experience.
• Understanding of Service Assurance processes.
• Previous experience in the Telecom industry.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
