Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to bridge business and IT, translating complex requirements into scalable digital solutions within an industrial setting. The role focuses on documenting functional specs, mapping data sources to targets, and supporting cloud migrations.

You will work with SAP, LIMS, MES, and PI in agile teams, shaping digital strategies while ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 8+ years in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and documenting functional specifications.
• Experience with data analysis and creating source-to-target mappings.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, LIMS, MES, or PI.
• Extensive background in data platform migrations or ERP transformations.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Knowledge of process modeling, design thinking, and UI/UX journeys.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English.

The role involves acting as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable digital solutions within an industrial environment.
