MSI Pharma seeks an experienced Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Lead to accelerate enterprise-wide transformation from Belgium. You will work at the intersection of Change Management and Digital Technology, partnering with business and IT stakeholders worldwide to drive adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.

This contract/consultant assignment requires strong change management, communication planning and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Change Management, including communication planning, stakeholder mapping and engagement, training and adoption programmes, and change strategy development.
• Strong Digital/IT background with experience in digital transformation programmes, system implementations and service management concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve change management frameworks, methodologies and toolkits.
• Grow the Digital Change Management Community and mature its practices.
• Coordinate learning, capability building and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Capture and integrate best practices into established methodologies.

Duration: Initial mission until the end of 2026 with a strong likelihood of extension throughout 2027

We are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Lead to join a growing Digital Technology, Communication & Change team based in Belgium. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in accelerating digital adoption and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across a global organisation.

The successful candidate will work at the intersection of Change Management and Digital Technology, supporting both the Digital Change Management Community and the Functional System Owner Community while partnering with business and IT stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Change Management Community

• Maintain and continuously improve change management frameworks, methodologies and toolkits
• Support the growth and maturity of the Digital Change Management Community
• Contribute to learning, capability building and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Capture, document and integrate best practices into established methodologies
• Coach and support community members to strengthen organisational change capabilities

Functional System Owner Community

• Lead change management activities for digital and technology initiatives
• Develop and execute communication and engagement plans
• Coordinate training, adoption and user enablement programmes
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, mapping and impact assessments
• Support organisational change linked to new systems, processes and digital transformation programmes
• Facilitate workshops, community events and stakeholder sessions

What You'll Be Doing

A typical week may include:

• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders
• Running project and community meetings
• Tracking progress against communication and adoption plans
• Engaging with subject matter experts, champions and ambassadors
• Facilitating workshops and community events
• Coaching stakeholders through change and adoption activities

Required Skills & Experience:

Significant experience in Change Management, including:

• Communication planning
• Stakeholder mapping and engagement
• Training and adoption programmes
• Change strategy development and execution

Strong Digital / IT background with experience in:

• Digital transformation programmes
• System implementations
• Service management concepts

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to confidently engage with both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong influencing, relationship-building and collaboration skills

Hands-on approach with the ability to execute operational activities as well as strategic initiatives

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as an Engineer, Developer, Domain Lead or similar digital role
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working
• Experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps or automation initiatives
• Experience building and growing Communities of Practice
• Experience working within global, matrix organisations

While the majority of stakeholders are based in Belgium, the scope of the role is international.

Hybrid Working

• Approximately 2 days onsite per week on average
• Flexibility required depending on project and business needs
• Some weeks may require increased onsite presence, while others may be fully remote
• Standard business hours with occasional late afternoon meetings to support US-based stakeholders
