La Fosse in Belgium is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant to deliver finance transformation and process optimisation for leading insurers. You will assess and redesign finance processes, operating models and ways of working, support digitalisation and automation, and work with senior Finance, Business and IT stakeholders to develop practical transformation roadmaps.

• Strong track record in Finance Transformation.
• Proven insurance industry experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong English.
• Based in Belgium.
