Vivid Resourcing is supporting a Brussels-based client seeking a Process Analyst to drive a 24-month transformation programme across R&D. The role focuses on analysing, optimising and standardising business processes, with emphasis on BPMN and Lean Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-delivery.

The candidate will document current and future processes, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and define governance and KPIs.Hybrid/Brussels location, freelance contract, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Process Engineer, Process Analyst or Business Process Consultant.
• Strong experience modelling business processes using BPMN.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification (any color).
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated industries is desirable.

Process Analyst - Freelance

Our client in Brussels is looking for a Process Engineer / Process Analyst to join a transformation programme focused on accelerating Research & Development operations.

You will support a 2-year initiative to analyse, optimise and standardise business processes across R&D. You will identify process improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops and design processes that increase efficiency and reduce time-to-delivery.

The role requires strong expertise in business process modelling using BPMN and the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
