BDO Belgium is seeking a Freelance Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced Deals & Corporate Finance professionals. You will partner with Partners and Hiring Managers across our Advisory practice, building strong pipelines and advising on market trends.

The role combines homeworking with regular office presence across our Belgian network. Required: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search, proven success in recruiting finance specialists, and fluency

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Recruitment Consultancy.
Proven success in recruiting Deals & Corporate Finance professionals within consulting.
Strong understanding of the Belgian recruitment market, with focus on M&A, Due Diligence, Valuation and Treasury professionals.
Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct sourcing.
Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Excellent command of Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

Own the complete recruitment process for experienced hires within the Advisory practice.
Partner with Partners and Hiring Managers to translate hiring needs into strategies.
Identify and engage talent through direct sourcing and professional networks.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
Coordinate interviews and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Advise hiring managers on market trends and recruitment best practices.
