BDO Belgium is seeking a Freelance Talent Acquisition Advisor for the Advisory practice to lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced Deals & Corporate Finance professionals. You will partner with Partners and Hiring Managers to translate needs into recruitment strategies and build robust talent pipelines.

The role requires at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search, with deep knowledge of the Belgian market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Recruitment Consultancy.
• Proven success recruiting Deals & Corporate Finance professionals within consulting.
• Strong understanding of the Belgian recruitment market with focus on M&A, Due Diligence, Valuation and Treasury professionals.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct sourcing.
• Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, results-driven and hands-on mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Availability to work regularly from one of our BDO offices and connect with stakeholders in person.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete recruitment process for experienced hires within the Advisory practice.
• Work closely with business leaders to translate hiring needs into recruitment strategies.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess fit and potential.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth stakeholder experience.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
