BDO Belgium is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Audit & Risk Advisory teams. You will be the dedicated HR point of contact, collaborating closely with leadership and people managers to implement effective HR strategies.

With at least 5 years of experience in HR, strong knowledge of Belgian legislation, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English, you will play a crucial role in fostering organizational growth and development.

The position offers a competitive salary package and a hybrid working model with regular visits to BDO offices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a background as HR Business Partner or in a similar advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including employee lifecycle management and performance.
• Ability to challenge and advise stakeholders at different levels.

Responsabilités

• Act as a sparring partner for leadership and people managers on HR topics.
• Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives.
• Proactively identify HR challenges and devise solutions.

Experience in HR
