A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Manager for Transaction Services in Zaventem, Belgium. This role involves financial analysis, leading due diligence efforts, and preparing insightful reports to guide client decisions. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Finance or Business Economics, along with 6+ years of relevant experience, and strong English and Dutch skills. What will you be doing?

• Financial Analysis: Analyse financial statements, operational data, and business plans, identifying adjustments in EBITDA, net working capital, and net financial debt for accurate transaction valuations.
• Due Diligence Leadership: Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence by coordinating sessions with target company management to gather crucial insights.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare due diligence reports, including financial analyses, charts, and conclusions to guide client decisions.
• Team Coaching: Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality project delivery and professional growth.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with tax, legal, and other teams to provide comprehensive due diligence services.
• Client Engagement: Assist in preparing proposals for new or existing clients to drive business growth.
• Business Development: Contribute to identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting business development efforts.

What do you bring to the table?

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of German and/or French is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with a deep understanding of its application in corporate finance.
• Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot is a plus for enhancing data analytics efficiency.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint for creating professional, insightful reports.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and a "can-do" mindset, eager to continuously learn and grow
