adesso Belgium is seeking an HR Functional Analyst – HRIS & Analytics to drive the digitization and optimization of our HR organization. You will leverage HR technology, streamlined processes, and data-driven insights to enhance employee experience and HR service efficiency.

The role collaborates with HR, ICT, Data & Analytics, and line managers, supporting HRIS governance, process management, and analytics with a 6-month freelance contract starting ASAP, at a maximum daily rate of 700 EUR.

As an HR Functional Analyst – HRIS & Analytics, you will play a key role in the further digitization and optimization of the HR organization.

You will enhance both the employee experience and the efficiency of the HR services by leveraging modern technology, streamlined processes, and data-driven insights. You will work closely with HR, ICT, Data & Analytics, and line managers, and you will become a central player in the transformation to a future-proof HR organization.

Preferred start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Rate: 700 max.

Language: FR + ENG

Your role

You will combine three areas:

• HR technology (HRIS & HR tech),
• process management & service optimization
• HR analytics & reporting.

Your responsibilities

HRIS & HR Technology

• You will actively monitor the HR tech market and advise HR on new opportunities.
• You will build and manage the HRIS roadmap and monitor priorities.
• You will support colleagues in business analysis, change management, and system use.
• You will work in tandem with ICT for the functional and technical management of HRIS.
• You will monitor user experiences and ensure user-friendly HR tools.

Service and process optimization

• You will map out important HR processes and keep them up to date.
• You will support HR teams in improving, standardizing, and automating their processes.
• You will align HR process design with BAC's broader process management approach.

HR Analytics

• You will help shape a clear vision and strategy for HR analytics.
• You will work closely with the Data & Analytics team as SPOC for priority
