ACT-ON GROUP in Belgium seeks a (Senior) HR Technology Consultant to advise clients on HR software solutions, implement HR technology, and optimize HR systems, with a focus on HRIS, HR analytics and digital transformation.

You will lead HRIS implementations, collaborate with HR and IT, train end-users, and stay updated on HR tech trends. The position is hybrid with on-site Brussels office and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in HRIS, HR, consulting, or a related role.
• Proven experience in HR technology consulting, HRIS implementation, or HR systems management.
• In-depth knowledge of HR software (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, AFAS, Cegid HR Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors…).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and digital transformation strategies.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• An ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and on assignments but also as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
