adesso Belgium is seeking an HR Functional Analyst – HRIS & Analytics to drive the digitization and optimization of the HR function. You will enhance employee experience and HR service efficiency by leveraging modern technology, streamlined processes, and data-driven insights within a European context.

You will work closely with HR, ICT, Data & Analytics, and line managers, playing a central role in transforming the HR organization into a future-proof service.

Responsabilités

• Monitor HR tech market and advise HR on new opportunities.
• Build and manage the HRIS roadmap and monitor priorities.
• Support colleagues in business analysis, change management, and system use.
• Collaborate with ICT for functional and technical management of HRIS.
• Monitor user experiences and ensure user-friendly HR tools.
• Map out important HR processes and keep them up to date.
• Support HR teams in improving, standardizing, and automating their processes.
• Align HR process design with BAC's broader process management approach.
• Shape a clear vision and strategy for HR analytics.
• Work closely with the Data & Analytics team as SPOC for priority.
