We are seeking a freelance Digital Content and Web Publishing Coordinator in Brussels to support a temporary mission from 04/01 to 30/06. You will coordinate the digital experience for the Global Gateway showcase and liaise with EU institutions and external partners.

You will receive, review and adapt content in English, ensure copyright compliance, organize assets in CMS, and perform quality checks and usability testing.

Competenze

• Proven experience coordinating digital content and editorial support.
• Excellent drafting, editing and rewriting skills in English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and implement the global gateway digital experience/exhibition.
• Review and screen submitted materials for quality and editorial relevance.
• Rewrite and adapt texts in English to EU standards.
• Organise and upload content in CMS with correct categorisation.
• Perform QC checks and usability testing of the final digital product.
• Ensure copyright, licensing and attribution compliance.
