Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-create production-ready implementations, spanning configuration, integration, full-stack deployment and data pipelines.

You bring 3+ years of delivery experience, a CS degree, and hands-on with AI tools, languages and APIs. Travel ~25% is expected as you partner with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery (consulting or professional services).
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic AI solutions and ship real customer deliverables in production.
• Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
• Build data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake and Databricks; validate outputs.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into solutions.
