Wonderful is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate enterprise workflows into AI agents and production deployments. You’ll embed with enterprise teams, uncover how operations run, and build systems that deliver measurable value.

You’ll own deployments from prototype through launch, monitor results, and iterate toward meaningful business impact. This role requires 5+ years of software experience and comfort with APIs, data flows, and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software experience
• Strong foundations in software architecture and production engineering
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data flows, distributed systems
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems
• Comfort working directly with customers
• Clear communication and ownership
• Curiosity about applied AI

Responsabilités

• Embed with customers to understand workflows and success measures
• Turn operational problems into technical plans and production systems
• Design and build AI agents that integrate with tools and data
• Own deployments from prototype through launch and monitoring
• Test with real data and measure business outcomes
• Make pragmatic tradeoffs across architecture, reliability, speed, and UX
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform
• Turn deployment learnings into reusable patterns and tools
