Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Builder Leader to directly manage and grow a team delivering Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments.

You will lead two specialist functions—Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists—and set engineering standards while driving executive-level relationships to deliver production AI at scale. You will recruit and mentor top talent, accelerate adoption, and influence the product roadmap with field insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI/LLMs and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Strong executive-level communication and customer focus.
• Ship-It mindset with hands-on delivery leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead blended delivery teams of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists.
• Set engineering standards, unblock deployments, and scale production value.
• Maintain strong executive relationships and anchor adoption of Agentforce.
• Collaborate with Services, Account Success and Product teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop next-generation technical builders.
