YouGov is seeking an Account Manager to deliver FMCG shopper insights and tailor research solutions for clients, based in Leuven with a hybrid arrangement (2 days per week in the office). You will manage and grow a portfolio of leading FMCG brands and retailers, translating data into strategic advice.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in a market research agency or FMCG company, fluent Dutch or French, and strong English communication.

• Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience at a market research agency / FMCG company / retailer.

Responsabilités

• Design clear and compelling research proposals to answer customer’s Key Business Questions.
• Develop relevant insights with market analysts and translate into strategic advice.
• Advise customers in developing effective strategies with local and international counterparts.
• Keep clients informed on the most recent market trends.
• Create new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Act as YouGov ambassador to clients and at industry events.
