VOI is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead to split time between repair tasks (80%) and management (20%). You will lead a team of Fleet Specialists, drive quality, logistics, and scheduling to keep operations smooth in Belgium.

You will hire, train and monitor performance, partner with site managers, and promote a proactive culture focused on safety, efficiency, and year-round success in a fast-growing micromobility company.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience repairing scooters.
• Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ownership mindset and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Oversee logistics for new vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient deployment.
• Identify and rectify damaged vehicles with quality standards.
• Lead and coach Fleet Specialists to improve performance.
• Interview, train and nurture team culture for year‑round success.
• Coordinate with site managers to optimize shift planning.
