Job summary

Aerospacelab in Louvain-la-Neuve is seeking a Fleet & HR Coordinator to combine vehicle fleet operations with recruitment and administrative tasks for interns and student workers in BE/FR.

You will maintain vehicle lists, work with leasing partners, manage contracts and compliance, and handle labor declarations and subsidies. Fluent French and English, strong organization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in automotive expertise, insurance, human resources, management, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Good understanding of BE/FR labor administration processes (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Strong organizational skills, administrative rigor, and autonomy.
• Good interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: establish and maintain company vehicle lists and liaise with leasing companies.
• Recruitment & School Relations: coordinate interns, apprentices and student workers (BE/FR).
• Contracts & Compliance: draft internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts, and ensure NDA/compliance.
• Administrative Procedures: manage Dimona, DPAE/URSSAF, OPCO and job subsidies.
• Follow-up: track amendments, extensions, end of assignments, and mentoring/evaluations.
