Axis Group is seeking a Customer Agent Fleet Management located in Antwerp, Belgium, to support customers with their commercial vehicles. In this dynamic role, you will engage with various departments while ensuring smooth communication with drivers.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative skills are essential.
• Recent graduation in a relevant field or some work experience is required.
• Fluency in Dutch, with good expression in French and English is necessary.
• Familiarity with fleet management is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Advise and assist customers with the use of their company vehicles.
• Ensure efficient fleet management processes with HR and purchasing.
• Perform quality checks on the general database.
• Communicate daily with drivers through email and telephone.
• Report findings to the Team Leader for process improvement.
