Job summary

Orange is seeking a Fixed Network Quality & Service Management Manager in Belgium. You will lead the performance and quality of fixed networks, including fiber and coax, and oversee services such as TV and Internet, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

The role demands strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to set benchmarks, monitor standards, and steer investments in network technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of HFC & Fiber network operations, DOCSIS, XGS-PON, GPON standards and advanced network monitoring techniques.
• Proven track record in managing complex technical projects and leading cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with DVB-C, OTT, IPVR services is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with other Lean methodology is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and French (or Dutch).

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership for Fixed Networks Quality (Fiber & Coax).
• End-to-End accountability for network & service quality including internet and TV.
• Customer-Centric service delivery to B2B and B2C segments.
• Budget and resource management influence for network performance investments.
