Orange Belgium is seeking a Fixed Network Quality & Service Management Manager to lead performance and quality of fixed networks, including fiber and coaxial infrastructure. This strategic role ensures our network meets industry standards and supports business growth.

You will oversee end-to-end network and service quality, collaborate with engineering and customer support, influence investment decisions through analysis, and manage a team of technical service managers and analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience with fixed network operations including fiber and coax.
• Knowledge of HFC, DOCSIS, GPON and XGS-PON technologies.
• Ability to oversee performance and quality in network environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for quality management of fiber and coax networks.
• Influence investment decisions through insightful analysis.
• Oversee end-to-end network and service quality, setting benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and customer support.
