Dalton is seeking its first dedicated designer in Ghent to own the look and feel of social content, the website, and the platform’s UI/UX. You will work directly with the founders on output and influence product decisions where design and user experience matter.

You’ll design social posts, site pages, and platform flows, ensuring a unified visual identity across all customer touchpoints while pushing for better conversions and usability.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing both brand/content design and product UI/UX.
• Strong craft: typography, layout, visual systems.
• Product thinking: explain how design decisions affect conversion/usability.
• Fast and self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity in a small team.
• High personal standards and drive, not tied to seniority level.

Responsabilités

• Design social posts and content assets for channels and decks.
• Design and maintain pages and components on getdalton.com.
• Create UI/UX for the Dalton platform and new features with engineering collaboration.
• Contribute a product mindset and voice in design decisions.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across product, website, and content.
